Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GymLeap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GymLeap. The Community features — your social profile, the feed, following other users, leaderboards, duels, and publishing posts or photos — are available only to users aged 18 or older. Before you join Community, the App asks for your date of birth once; if it shows you are under 18, Community is not available on your account. You must not give a false date of birth to gain access.

Description of Service

GymLeap is a fitness tracking mobile application that provides an exercise library, workout programs, progress tracking, tools to create your own custom workout programs, an optional community feature for publishing your programs and browsing programs shared by other users, and related fitness tools. The App is designed for informational and educational purposes only and is not a medical device.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

GymLeap is NOT a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The exercise programs, workout routines, and fitness information provided through the App are for general informational and educational purposes only.

You MUST consult with a qualified healthcare professional or physician before beginning any exercise program, fitness regimen, or using this App, especially if you:

• Have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries
• Are pregnant or postpartum
• Have cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal conditions
• Are taking medication that may affect your ability to exercise
• Have not exercised regularly in the past
• Are under 18 years of age

The information provided in the App is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or exercise program.

Health Connect Integration (Android)

On Android, GymLeap offers an optional integration with Google Health Connect. The integration is disabled until you enable it and grant permission, and you can disable it or revoke access at any time from your device's Health Connect settings.

• When enabled, GymLeap PRO subscribers can have completed workouts written to Health Connect (as exercise sessions, with an estimate of calories burned), and all users can import body-weight measurements from Health Connect into the App.
• Calorie figures written to Health Connect are automated estimates, not measured values, and are provided for informational purposes only. The Health and Fitness Disclaimer above applies to this data.
• Health Connect is provided by Google and governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. GymLeap is not responsible for the operation of Health Connect or for data handled by other apps you connect to it.

Assumption of Risk

By using GymLeap, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, and in extreme cases, death.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the App and performing any exercises, workouts, or programs suggested by the App.
• You are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and well-being while using the App.
• You should immediately stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, nausea, or any other discomfort during a workout.
• GymLeap, its developers, and affiliates assume NO responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, damage, or loss sustained by any person as a result of using or misusing the information, exercises, or programs provided by the App.
• Any results or outcomes from using the App may vary and are not guaranteed.

User Responsibilities

As a user of GymLeap, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Ensure that your physical condition is suitable for exercise activities before using the App

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

GymLeap offers an optional premium subscription ("PRO") that unlocks additional features such as ad-free use and cloud data sync. Subscriptions are processed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective terms. Subscription prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through the App Store or Play Store. We do not offer refunds directly; refund requests must be submitted to the relevant store.

Intellectual Property

All content within GymLeap, including but not limited to exercise descriptions, workout programs, images, videos, graphics, and software code, is the intellectual property of GymLeap and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent. This section does not apply to content you create yourself, such as custom workout programs; your rights and responsibilities for that content are described in the "User-Generated Content and Community" section below.

User-Generated Content and Community

GymLeap lets you create your own custom workout programs and, optionally, publish them to a community catalog that other users can browse, download, and favourite. The following terms apply to any content you create or publish ("User Content").

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the custom programs you create. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
• License: By publishing User Content to the community, you grant GymLeap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display, distribute, and make that content available to other users through the App. This license exists solely to operate the community feature and ends when you remove the content, except for copies already downloaded by other users or retained as required by law.
• Your responsibilities: You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you publish and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law. You must not publish content that is unlawful, unsafe, misleading, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that constitutes spam.
• No endorsement or pre-screening: Community content is created by users, not by GymLeap. We do not pre-screen User Content and do not endorse it. You use community programs at your own discretion and risk, subject to the Health and Fitness Disclaimer above.
• Reporting and moderation: You can report content you believe violates these Terms from within the App. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or review User Content, and we may remove any content or suspend or terminate any account at our discretion. You can delete programs you have published at any time.

GymLeap PRO is required to create and publish custom programs; browsing, downloading, and favouriting community programs is available to all users.

• Reporting, blocking and muting: You can report any profile or feed post from within the App. You can block a member, which makes you and them mutually invisible and removes any follow relationship in both directions. You can mute a member to hide their posts while continuing to follow them.

Community Conduct

Your handle, display name, bio, profile picture and any photo or statistics chart you publish, with its caption, are visible to other people. The following applies to all of them. You must not:

• Impersonate another person, brand, or GymLeap itself
• Publish sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content
• Advertise, spam, or solicit
• Publish a photograph of another person without their consent
• Publish anything featuring a minor
• Use the follow or feed features to contact someone who has blocked you

We may reclaim a handle that impersonates a person or brand, remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion and without notice.

The follow graph and the feed are provided as-is. Content you see there is created by other users, is not pre-screened, and is not endorsed by GymLeap. Automated screening is applied to handles, display names, bios and statistics-post captions on your device, on a best-effort basis, and to every photo posted to the community feed on our servers before it appears. Neither is a substitute for your own judgement, and apart from those photos the "no pre-screening" statement above is unchanged.

AI-Generated Content

GymLeap PRO subscribers can optionally generate cover images for their programs using an artificial-intelligence image service (Google Cloud Vertex AI). The following terms apply to this feature.

• Nature of AI output: AI-generated images are produced automatically by a third-party model and may be inaccurate, generic, or not to your expectations. Generated figures are non-specific and are not intended to depict you or any real person.
• Automated safety screening: Each generated image is automatically screened for unsafe content before it is saved, but no automated screening is perfect. If you believe a generated image is inappropriate, do not publish it, and you may report it or delete it.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for the cover images you choose to keep, use, or publish, and the User Content terms above apply to them. Do not use the feature to attempt to generate unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content.
• Availability: The feature is available to PRO subscribers, may be subject to usage limits, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GYMLEAP AND ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE APP OR ANY IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account inside the App. Doing so permanently removes the data listed in the Privacy Policy and cannot be undone.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where the developer is established.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice within the App prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
