How to do it

  1. Sit on the Assault AirBike's seat and adjust it to a comfortable height. Place your feet on the pedals and your hands on the handles.

  3. Gradually increase your pedaling speed and the intensity of your arm movements to achieve a fast pace. Maintain a steady rhythm and ensure smooth, controlled movements.
  4. Continue pedaling and moving the handles as fast as possible for the desired duration or number of intervals.
