How to do it

  1. Attach the resistance band to a low anchor point behind you. Stand facing away from the anchor point, holding a handle in each hand with your palms facing down.
  2. Position one leg forward and the other back, with both knees slightly bent. Start with your elbows bent and your hands close to your chest sides.
  3. Push the handles forward and up in a diagonal motion until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Exhale as you push the handles forward and down, and inhale as you return them to the starting position.
  • Keep your back straight and avoid using momentum.
  • Focus on engaging your upper chest muscles throughout the movement.
