How to do it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and bring both arms straight behind your back, holding your hands together.
- Gently arch your back, pushing your hips forward and looking towards the ceiling.
- Hold the stretched position for a few seconds, maintaining a gentle and controlled stretch.
- Return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
