Dumbbell Russian Twist with Legs Floor Off

How to do it
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet lifted slightly off the floor, balancing on your glutes. Hold a dumbbell with both hands at chest level, keeping your back straight and core engaged.
- Lean back slightly to form a V-shape with your torso and thighs, maintaining a straight spine.
- Rotate your torso to the right, bringing the dumbbell beside your right hip while keeping your legs stable together.
- Return to the center, then rotate your torso to the left, bringing the dumbbell beside your left hip. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
