How to do it

  1. Begin in a plank position with your forearms resting on an exercise ball and your body forming a straight line from your head to your heels.
  2. Engage your core and slowly roll the ball a few inches away from your body.
  3. Reverse the motion by rolling the ball closer to your forearms.
  4. Continue the rolling motion for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a straight body line throughout.

Form tips

  • Breathe steadily throughout the exercise, exhaling as you move forward and inhaling as you move back.
  • Avoid allowing your lower back to arch; keep your spine in a neutral position.
  • Use a properly inflated exercise ball to ensure stability and control during the movement.
