How to do it
- Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Position yourself so that the end of a barbell, anchored in a landmine attachment or a secure corner, is between your feet.
- Bend at the hips and knees to lean forward and grab the barbell with both hands using a v handle.
- Pull the barbell towards your chest by squeezing your shoulder blades together and bending your elbows.
- Lower the barbell back to the starting position with control, fully extending your arms. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
- Exhale as you pull the barbell towards you and inhale as you lower it back.
- Ensure your feet are firmly planted and your stance is stable.
- Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together to engage your middle back muscles.
