How to do it
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Attach the resistance band to a low anchor point behind your head and hold the handles with both hands, keeping your arms bent and handles close to your head.
- Curl your upper body, bringing your elbows towards your knees while lifting your back off the floor.
- Slowly lower your upper body back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
- Exhale as you curl your torso up and inhale as you lower it back down.
- Keep your feet flat on the floor for better stability.
- Focus on engaging your abdominal muscles throughout the movement.
