How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and body in a straight line
  2. Drive one knee forward toward your chest while keeping the other leg extended
  3. Quickly switch legs in a running motion, alternating knees toward chest
  4. Maintain a fast pace while keeping your core engaged and hips level

Form tips

  • Keep your hands firmly planted - don't let them slide
  • Maintain plank position - don't let your hips pike up or sag down
  • Drive your knees as close to your chest as possible
  • Breathe rhythmically and maintain a steady pace
