How to do it
- Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet flat, or lift feet off ground for added difficulty
- Lean back slightly to about 45 degrees, engaging your core to maintain balance
- Holding your hands together (or a weight), rotate your torso from side to side
- Touch the ground or weight beside each hip with each twist, rotating fully
Form tips
- Rotate from your core, not just your arms
- Keep your chest up and back straight throughout
- Move with control - quality over speed
- Engage your obliques on each twist
