Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, standing on the middle of a resistance band. Hold the handles of the band with your palms facing each other (neutral grip) and arms fully extended by your sides.
Engage your core and keep your elbows close to your torso. Slowly curl the right handle up towards your shoulder, maintaining the neutral grip with your palm facing inward.
Squeeze your bicep at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the handle back to the starting position with control.
Repeat the same motion with your left arm, alternating between right and left arms for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
Keep your back straight and shoulders back to maintain proper posture.
Visualize the bicep contraction to enhance the mind-muscle connection for better results.
Use a resistance band with appropriate tension to perform the exercise with proper form and control throughout all repetitions.
