How to do it
- Attach a rope to a low pulley, stand facing the machine and hold the rope ends with a neutral grip (palms facing each other), arms extended.
- Keeping your elbows close to your sides, curl the rope up and, as your hands pass halfway, rotate your palms to face up.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top with your palms facing your shoulders.
- Lower the rope slowly, turning your palms back to neutral, and repeat.
Form tips
- Keep your elbows pinned to your sides throughout.
- Turn your palms up as you curl so your biceps finishes the movement.
- Lower slowly and don't let the weight stack yank your arms straight.
