How to do it

  1. Attach the resistance band to a high anchor point behind you. Stand facing away from the anchor point, holding a handle in each hand with your palms facing down.
  2. Position one leg forward and the other back, with both knees slightly bent.Start with your elbows bent at 90 degrees and your hands at your chest sides.
  3. Push the handles forward and down in a diagonal motion until your arms are fully extended and hands facing your hips.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Exhale as you push the handles forward and down, and inhale as you return them to the starting position.
  • Keep your back straight and avoid using momentum.
  • Focus on engaging your chest muscles throughout the movement.
