How to do it
- Sit on a bench with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended by your sides, palms facing each other.
- Raise your arms to the sides at shoulder level, keeping a light bend in your elbows throughout the movement.
- Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with control. Repeat the exercise.
