How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand, positioned just in front of your shoulders. Your elbows should be facing down, and your palms facing your shoulders.
  2. Press the dumbbells overhead while rotating your wrists so your palms face forward, fully extending your arms at the top of the movement.
  3. Reverse the movement by lowering the dumbbells back to shoulder level, rotating your wrists back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat the press and rotation for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Perform the movement slowly and with control, focusing on the rotation of your wrists.
  • Avoid using momentum to lift the dumbbells; focus on muscle engagement.
  • Maintain a slight bend in your knees for better balance.
