How to do it
- Hang from a bar with straight arms and an overhand grip.
- Pull your straight body up until it is horizontal, parallel to the floor.
- Hold the horizontal front-lever position, keeping your body rigid and level.
- Lower under control once the hold time is complete.
Form tips
- Fight to keep your hips level with your shoulders for the whole hold.
- Keep the arms locked and the shoulders depressed and retracted.
- Breathe in short controlled sips rather than holding your breath.
