How to do it
- Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointed slightly outward. Hold a kettlebell with both hands close to your chest.
- Hinge at your hips while bending your knees to lower your body into a squat.
- Lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor or slightly below.
- Push through your heels to rise back to the starting position, fully extending your hips and knees. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
- Ensure your knees track over your toes to prevent knee strain.
- Exhale as you rise from the squat, inhale as you lower into it.
- Maintain a wide stance with toes pointed slightly outward.
