How to do it
- Kick up into a handstand against a wall with your hands just outside shoulder width.
- Lower under control until the top of your head lightly touches the floor and your knees tuck toward your chest.
- Drive your knees and hips upward to generate momentum as you press.
- Extend the hips and punch through the shoulders to reach full lockout, then repeat in rhythm.
Form tips
- Time the hip drive with the arm press so the kip and push fire together.
- Keep your head in a stable tripod position on the way down to protect the neck.
- Finish every rep at full elbow lockout with active shoulders.
