L Sit Hold

How to do it
- Sit on the floor (or between two low supports) with your hands planted beside your hips.
- Press down through straight arms to lift your hips and legs clear of the floor.
- Extend your legs straight out in front so your body forms an L shape.
- Hold the position, keeping your legs level, until the set time is up.
Form tips
- Depress your shoulders and lock your elbows to push tall out of the support.
- Draw your toes upward and squeeze your quads to keep the legs dead straight.
- Tuck the knees to regress if you cannot hold straight legs yet.
