How to do it
- Adjust the MTS Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl machine to fit your height. Kneel on the machine with your left knee on the knee pad and the right leg extended, securing your ankle under the padded lever. Rest your chest against the chest pad.
- Hold onto the handles for stability and keep your back straight.
- Curl your leg by bending your knee and pulling your heel towards your glutes, squeezing your hamstrings at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower your leg back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
Form tips
- Keep your chest pressed against the pad and your back straight throughout the exercise.
- Focus on engaging your hamstrings throughout the movement.
- Exhale as you curl your leg up and inhale as you lower it back down.
