How to do it
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet touching together, with a loop resistance band around your thighs, just above your knees. Place your arms on the floor by your sides for stability.
- Open your knees wide apart against the band's resistance, keeping your feet together and maintaining control.
- Slowly bring your knees back together to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
