How to do it
- Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about waist height. Stand in front of the hanging handles with your feet shoulder-width apart and grasp the handles with your palms facing down.
- Engage your core and lean forward, allowing your arms to extend overhead while maintaining a straight body line from head to heels.
- Lower your body until your arms are fully extended above your head, feeling the tension in your core.
- Pull your body back to the starting position by pulling your arms back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
- Breathe steadily: exhale as you lean forward and inhale as you return to the starting position.
- Adjust the length of the suspension trainer straps to increase or decrease the difficulty of the exercise.
- Keep your arms straight and avoid bending your elbows during the movement.
