How to do it
- Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about knee height. Place your feet in the handles and assume a plank position with your hands placed directly under your shoulders, arms fully extended.
- Engage your core and maintain a straight line from your head to your heels.
- Drive your right knee towards your chest, keeping your left leg extended. Quickly switch legs, driving your left knee towards your chest while extending your right leg back.
- Continue alternating legs in a running motion for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
Form tips
- Perform the movement with a steady and controlled tempo to maximize muscle engagement and prevent injury.
- Keep your shoulders directly over your hands to maintain proper alignment.
- Start with a slower pace and gradually increase your speed as your strength and coordination improve.
