Arms behind back shoulder flexor stretch

How to do it
- Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides.
- Bring both arms behind your back. Set your forearms parallel to the floor, crossing one over the other to stretch your shoulders.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, feeling the stretch in your shoulders. Return to the starting position and repeat as needed.
Form tips
- Keep your shoulders down and away from your ears to avoid unnecessary tension in your neck.
- Use gentle pressure when crossing your arms behind your back to deepen the stretch gradually.
- Ensure your upper body is relaxed and avoid forcing the stretch to prevent discomfort or injury.
