How to do it
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart on the resistance band, holding the ends in each hand with the band securely anchored under both feet.
- Rise up onto your forefeet, lifting your heels as high as possible while keeping the tension in the band.
- Slowly lower your heels back to the floor, maintaining control throughout the movement.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
- Breathe steadily, exhaling as you rise up and inhaling as you lower down.
- Keep your knees slightly bent to avoid locking them out during the movement.
- Focus on squeezing your calves at the top of the movement to enhance muscle activation.
