How to do it
- Sit on the Hammer Strength MTS Iso-Lateral Biceps Curl machine with your feet flat on the floor. Grasp the handles with both hands, palms facing up, and position your elbows on the pads.
- Curl one handle by bending your elbow, bringing your hand towards your shoulder while keeping the other arm extended.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement and slowly lower the handle back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat with the other arm, alternating arms for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
- Exhale as you curl the handle up and inhale as you lower it back down.
- Maintain a neutral wrist position to prevent strain.
- Focus on engaging your biceps throughout the movement.
