How to do it

- Aim to bring your legs to 90 degrees or higher if possible, forming an L-shape with your body
- Lower your legs slowly back down with control, avoiding any swinging motion
Form tips
- Avoid swinging your body - use controlled ab strength
- Keep legs straight for maximum difficulty, or bend knees for an easier version
- Control both the raising and lowering portions of the movement
- Keep your core tight throughout the entire exercise
