How to do it
- Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about waist height. Stand facing the anchor point with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the handles with a neutral grip (palms facing each other).
- Lean back, extending your arms fully while keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Pull your chest towards the handles by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired repetitions.
Form tips
- Keep your core tight to maintain a straight body line and avoid sagging your hips.
- Adjust the length of the suspension trainer straps to increase or decrease the difficulty of the exercise.
- Breathe steadily: exhale as you pull your chest towards the handles and inhale as you extend your arms back.
