How to do it
- Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about waist height. Sit on your hips underneath the handles, holding them with a neutral grip (palms facing each other), and extend your legs straight out in front of you on the floor.
- Pull your chest towards the handles by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together. As you pull, twist your arms so your palms face backward at the top of the movement.
- Continue pulling until your chest is close to the handles, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Slowly untwist your arms and extend them back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
- Ensure your body forms a straight line from head to heels to avoid improper form.
- Exhale as you pull up and twist your arms, inhale as you lower down.
- Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together to engage your upper back effectively.
