How to do it

  1. Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about knee height. Lie on your back with your heels placed in the handles and your legs extended. Keep your arms on the floor by your sides for support.
  2. Engage your legs and lift your hips over the floor by bending your knees and pulling your heels towards your glutes.
  3. Slowly extend your legs back to the starting position with control.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Exhale as you pull your heels towards your glutes and inhale as you extend your legs back.
  • Focus on using your hamstrings and glutes to perform the curl, avoiding excessive use of your lower back.
  • Use a mat to provide cushioning and support for your back.
