How to do it

  1. Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about knee height. Lie on your back with your heels in the handles, legs extended, and arms by your sides for support.
  2. Engage your core and lift your hips off the floor, forming a straight line from your shoulders to your heels.
  3. Bend your knees to pull with your heels towards your glutes and stop just before they touch together.
  4. Slowly extend your legs back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Perform the movement with a steady and controlled tempo to maximize muscle engagement and prevent injury.
  • Breathe steadily: exhale as you curl your legs and inhale as you extend them back.
  • Focus on using your hamstrings and glutes to perform the leg curl, avoiding excessive use of your lower back.
