How to do it
- Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about knee height. Sit on your hips with your heels in the handles and legs extended straight, and place your arms by your sides for support.
- Engage your core and lift your hips off the floor while keeping your legs straight.
- Curl your knees towards your chest, and stop just before your knees touch your chest.
- Slowly bring your legs back to starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
