How to do it
- Face a wall, place your hands on the floor about shoulder-width apart, roughly a hand's length from the wall.
- Kick one leg up and follow with the other so your heels rest lightly against the wall.
- Stack your wrists, shoulders and hips into one vertical line and hold the position.
- Come down under control one leg at a time when the set time is up.
Form tips
- Push the floor away hard to keep your shoulders elevated and active.
- Squeeze your glutes and brace your core so your body stays straight, not banana-shaped.
- Spread your fingers and press through the fingertips to balance.
