How to do it
- Stand tall with your back straight, feet shoulder-width apart, and a resistance band under your feet.
- Hold the ends of the band near your shoulders with your arms folded at the sides.
- Stretch the band by extending your arms overhead.
- As your arms become straight, return to the initial position, and repeat.
Form tips
- Engage your core to help stabilize your body and prevent unnecessary movement.
- Breathe steadily, exhaling as you press the band upwards and inhaling as you return to the starting position.
- Keep your elbows slightly bent at the top of the movement to avoid locking them out.
