How to do it
- Sit on the end of a bench with your feet wide, hold a kettlebell by the handle in one hand and rest the back of that upper arm against your inner thigh, arm extended.
- Curl the kettlebell up toward your shoulder, keeping your upper arm pressed against your thigh.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top.
- Lower the kettlebell slowly to full arm extension, finish your reps and switch arms.
Form tips
- Keep your upper arm still; only your forearm moves.
- Don't lean back or swing your torso to lift the weight.
- Lower all the way to a straight arm on every rep.
