How to do it
- Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell by the handle in one hand, arm extended and palm facing forward.
- Keeping your elbow close to your side, curl the kettlebell up toward your shoulder.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top.
- Lower the kettlebell slowly to full arm extension, finish your reps and switch arms.
Form tips
- Keep your upper arm still and don't swing your torso.
- Brace your core so you don't lean toward the working side.
- Control the kettlebell; the hanging weight tries to pull your wrist back.
